Also, set aside fifteen minutes a week to review what was left unfinished—that's how you discover undated entries and transactions that were never closed.
And factor in seasonality: during harvest season, breeding season, or vaccination periods, the volume of new products doubles precisely when nobody has time. If the routine only works during the quiet months, it doesn't work at all.
